Toyota has unveiled a brand new Mark X G Sports concept, at the Tokyo Auto Salon. The concept will boast a new front bumper, revised hood, a sport grille, and LED daytime lights for the front end. At the back the Japanese automaker has added a new bumper with an integrated diffuser, a four tailpipe exhaust system and a trunk mounted spoiler. There will be fender vents, new side skirts and 20-inch wheels.

The “newly refined 3.7L V-6 develops 300 horsepower and 270 lb-ft” (same as before) mated to an all-new 6-speed automatic transmission provides better performance and improved fuel efficiency. EPA estimated fuel-economy comes in at 16/21 mpg (city/highway). Acura says that the chassis improvements provide “stiffer rear trailing arm mounting, body rigidity improvements and reduced overall NVH.”
